The SCPG500 motorized workshop crane with rotating mast is professional equipment for industrial environments requiring precise, safe lifting, handling and positioning operations. Its load capacity is 500 kg. Two models are available: SCPG500SBL, whose mast and jib are operated by levers, and SCPG500SBR, whose mast and jib are activated by wireless remote control.

Exceptional maneuverability: Equipped with pivoting stabilizer wheels and a drive wheel with automatic brake, this motorized rotating-mast crane ensures easy handling in confined spaces. Lever-operated or remote-controlled controls ensure precise, safe operation. This crane is ergonomically designed to reduce operator effort. It's equipment that avoids the risk of RSI.
Enhanced safety: The SCPG500's hydraulic system features a shut-off valve to prevent the load from falling in the event of accidental tube rupture. The pump is also equipped with an anti-overload valve to ensure safe lifting and transport of heavy loads.
Advanced ergonomics: The ergonomic tiller arm enables the operator to grasp the crane firmly with both hands, and ensures correct posture that reduces fatigue. Lifting, lowering and jib extension controls are progressive for smooth, precise load handling.
Greater precision: Thanks to progressive speed control, the SCPG500 crane enables precise positioning of sensitive loads such as molds and motors. The infinitely variable lifting and lowering speed ensures delicate, precise handling.
Operational efficiency: The integrated speed selector offers two positions: “Turtle” for low-speed operation in narrow aisles (max 1.5 km/h) and “Hare” for standard and progressive speed over long distances (max 3 km/h). Time and effort are thus optimized when transporting loads.
Easy maintenance: The SGPG500 is made in Italy. Designed for minimum maintenance, the SCPG500 is equipped with robust, long-lasting components. Bearings and rotating handles are designed to withstand intensive use. Maintenance costs are therefore reduced.
Adaptability to plant constraints: unlike fixed cranes, the SCPG500 mobile crane can move easily between different areas of the plant, even in the presence of obstacles or perimeter protection. Even though it is motorized, no driver's license is required, making it easy for operators to use.
