DESCRIPTION

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The PSE12NM LI electric lithium stacker with beam mast can move and lift loads of up to 1200 kg. The specificity of the beam mast provides much better visibility for operators and allows passage through narrow spaces at low height.
The initial lift makes it easier to clear obstacles and allows two pallets to be moved at the same time.
This electric stacker is appreciated in small logistics or materials warehouses, local authorities, vineyards, convenience stores for rather light and non-intensive stacking operations.
Very manoeuvrable and easy to use, the PSE12NM is a pedestrian stacker. Compact and lightweight, the PSE12NM is equipped with a quick charge battery and an integrated 25 Ah charger.
The robust and proven design ensures efficiency and safety for all tasks performed by the users of the beam stacker.
It is equipped with a 1.5 mm thick steel hood.
Two lift heights are available: 800 mm (PSE12NM800LI), 1600 mm (PSE12NM1600LI).
The tiller arm of the stacker is ergonomic and intelligent: turtle switch, PIN code, battery discharge indicator, hour meter, diagnostic code, dead man's stop, forward/reverse throttle, lift and lower switches.
The tiller's driving function with the tiller in the upright position facilitates work in confined areas without compromising the safety of the operators.
The tiller's robustness comes from the fact that it is made of 65% fibreglass.
The height of the tiller in the driving position varies between 710 and 1150 mm.
The stacker can be activated by PIN code or RFID card. The RFID access card offers faster access to the electric stacker.
The centre of gravity of the electric stacker is 600 mm.
The distance from the carriage to the centre line of the rollers is 760 mm.
The wheelbase is 1147 mm.
The wheels are made of polyurethane (PU).
The dimensions of the drive wheel of the electric stacker are: 210 x 75 mm diameter.
The dimensions of the front rollers of the lithium electric stacker are: 84 x 93 mm diameter. The dimensions of the stabilising wheels of the electric pedestrian stacker are: 100 x 50 mm in diameter.
The minimum height of the forks is 86 mm.

The ground clearance is 24 mm. With a transversely loaded European pallet, the electric beam stacker is suitable for aisles of at least 2197 mm.
With a longitudinally loaded European pallet, the electric beam stacker is suitable for aisles of at least 2197 mm. The radius of turn of the PSE12NM LI electric stacker is 1350 mm, the travel speed with load is 4.2 km/h, while without load the speed of the electric stacker is 4.5 km/h. The lifting speed with load is 110 mm/s, while without load the electric stacker speed is 140 mm/s.
The lowering speed of the stacker with load is 110 mm/s, while without load the lowering speed is 130 mm/s.
The permissible slope for the PSE125NM LI beam mast stacker is 5% with load and 10% without load.
The service brake is electromagnetic. The traction motor of the PSE12NM LI beam stacker is 0.65 kW, while the lift motor is 2.2 kW. The noise level of the gerbeyr is less than 70 dB.
